The United Spiritual Council of Nations and Educational Institute (USCN) was founded in 2001 by Rev. Mahala D. Bacon, Th.D., and co‑founded by Rev. Donna J. Fischer. USCN was created to bring together individual societies, churches, teachers, and ministers who honor Spiritual Teaching and uphold the spiritual laws recognized by established institutions. Through shared purpose and mutual support, USCN works to advance traditional religious teaching, spiritual education, and ethical leadership.

The United Spiritual Council of Nations is a gathering place for groups and individuals from all spiritual paths. Here, all beliefs and religions are welcomed in the spirit of learning, respect, and shared exploration. Our purpose is to deepen understanding of global spiritual traditions through workshops, seminars, worship, and meaningful dialogue — expanding our relationship with the Creator and with one another.

USCN is a 501(c)(3) organization recognized by the federal government as an educational facility for Spiritual and Religious Studies.

Our goal is to cultivate an atmosphere of respect, peace, and harmony among all beliefs. We recognize that the path to God takes many forms, and that each person brings their own heritage, conditioning, and understanding. Spiritual laws apply to all people, regardless of race, religion, or background. Spirituality lives within the heart — not within a single doctrine.

As the great masters have taught, “It is what is in a man’s heart that counts.”   The journey to the heart is lifelong. It cannot be walked for us, yet it cannot be walked alone. Through spiritual unfoldment, each student begins to understand in their own unique way.

Our mission is to educate students in the pure essence of Spirituality — the innate intelligence carried within every soul. We do this by teaching the mind while guiding students inward to the heart, the Life Force of our being.

To truly understand the Spiritual Laws of God, one must learn to unite the knowledge of the mind with the wisdom of the Spirit. USCN creates programs and learning environments that do not endorse or oppose any belief system. Instead, we offer tools that help individuals apply spiritual laws to enhance life, deepen understanding, and support the advancement of traditional teachings and education.
