At the United Spiritual Council of Nations, we honor the sacred truth that every spiritual path carries wisdom. Our purpose is to bring diverse spiritual communities together in unity — not by erasing differences, but by celebrating the shared values that connect us.
In partnership with the ESC, we offer programs rooted in spiritual principles that nurture the soul, strengthen community, and inspire purposeful, heart‑centered living. Through education, reflection, and lived spiritual practice, we expand awareness and support individuals in stepping more fully into their spiritual potential.

Essence of Spirituality is on Zoom
Essence of Spirituality is a uniquely designed class dedicated to supporting spiritual unfoldment. We use a variety of learning tools — including videos, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and Zoom breakout rooms — to create an engaging and interactive learning experience.
Our classes include students at every stage of development. More experienced workers are paired with newer students to help facilitate ideas, strengthen reading and intuitive skills, and encourage shared growth. For our seasoned workers, this process becomes a reminder of the importance of guiding others toward their potential while continuing their own spiritual expansion.
At the heart of Essence is the understanding that spirituality is abundant, there is more than enough for everyone, and no single person holds the key for all. Each individual carries their own path, their own timing, and their own unfolding.
Every class includes open discussion, offering space for questions, fresh perspectives, and diverse viewpoints. Mahala facilitates this class, and all who wish to learn are warmly welcomed.

12 step programs are separate and independent of the USCN Spiritual Support Program.
Spiritual Support for Recovery
The United Spiritual Council of Nations (USCN) is a separate program and is not connected to the 12‑step programs or to No Addict Need Ever Die (NANED). However, we wholeheartedly support all 12‑step programs and the mission of NANED,
recognizing the profound healing they bring to individuals and communities.
USCN offers spiritual support for recovery, providing education, guidance, and spiritually grounded tools that complement — but do not replace — traditional recovery pathways. Our focus is on nurturing spiritual understanding, strengthening inner resilience, and supporting individuals as they grow into their highest potential.

Classes are offered based on the availability of our instructors. While our daily 12‑step programs continue throughout the year, and Essence of Spirituality is weekly, our classes and workshops are scheduled as instructors are available to teach and support the community.
The United Spiritual Council of Nations has established a structure that provides ongoing educational opportunities through seminars, workshops, and basic life‑skills training to meet the evolving needs of the recovering community.
Our intention is to open the heart through the education of the mind, creating expanded awareness that can be applied in everyday living. As educators and members of the recovery community, we understand that spiritual growth is a journey you cannot walk alone — yet no one can walk it for you. We are here to support, guide, and empower each individual as they take their own steps toward healing and transformation.
